How do I register for a course? 

You can register for a course in three easy ways: 

1. Fax your completed booking form to: +65 63 99 36 99 

2. E-mail us at: registration@1korp.com.  

Once we have received your registration, we will confirm your place on your selected programme andprovide details in getting the most from training.  

What is your cancellation policy? 

Our cancellation policy is in place to ensure equitable obligations towards our clients are honoured. Afull refund less an administration fee of SGD 300 will be reimbursed for cancellations made up to 21working days before the start of the course date. 

Free replacement: Should you be unable to attend, a substitute may be authorised to attend the trainingcourse at no extra charge. 

Late cancellations: No refunds will be given to cancellations received less than 21 working days prior tothe commencement of the course. You are entitled to transfer to the next available course or anothercourse of the same value within 12 months of the course for which you originally registered. 

**For courses of varied cost, the difference in price will be reimbursed and/or need to be made in full. 

Visa: 

Please note it is the responsibility of the attendee to secure any necessary visa required to travel to hostdestination country. 

Written notice: All cancellations, postponements or substitutions must be received in writing by emailby the required deadlines.
